Preliminary User Journey Map
This UJM will show how our user "Self-centered Sam" comes into contact with our solutions in his day-to-day life.

Sam just ended his class and was preparing to head home.
As it was around dinner time, he made a detour to a nearby hawker center to indulge in his favourite chicken chop.
During checkout, he was asked to pay an additional 50 cents for the takeaway container.
-
While waiting for his food, he started thinking of cost-saving measures as he did not want to spend extra money.
-
Contemplating his options, he considered the alternative of bringing his own lunch box in the future.
-
Nonetheless, when Sam went home, he tried researching for alternatives to lunch boxes to find the balance between cost and convenience.
-
He then chanced upon the idea of a foldable lunch box which introduced him to the concept of reusable, multi-purpose items in order to be more sustainable.
This prompted him to reflect on his sustainability habits and wonder if there are other aspects of his life where he could potentially save money while at the same time be more sustainable.
In order to learn more about these alternatives, he embarked on a research journey when he stumbled upon IFL (ProEco) and decided to explore it.
